Salt-air environment demanded Grade A teak kiln-dried to 10% moisture content with a penetrating sealer on all end-grain. We handled direct-to-island logistics via Malé, including reinforced export packing for barge transfer — a critical detail for remote-island projects where replacement shipping is slow and expensive.
City Hotel Rooftop & Pool Bar — Dubai, UAE
